Level 42（レベルフォーティートゥー）は、英国出身のフュージョン・ポップ・ファンクバンド。
シャカタクと並んで、英国を代表するファンク・フュージョン・バンドである。
代表曲"Something about you", "Lessons in love"は米国でもチャートインするまでのビッグヒットとなった。
「Level 42」の「42」はイギリスのジョークSF小説銀河ヒッチハイクガイドに出てくる生命、宇宙、そして万物についての答えをオマージュしたもの。
